These Terms & Services govern all services provided by DRH Mobile Diesel Repair LLC, a mobile diesel mechanic and fleet repair service based in Surprise, Arizona.

By requesting service, approving an estimate, or submitting payment, the customer agrees to these terms in full.

DRH Mobile Diesel Repair LLC proudly serves Surprise, AZ and surrounding areas including Glendale, Phoenix, Buckeye, Tolleson, Goodyear, and all of Maricopa County.

1. Company Information

All services are performed in accordance with applicable Arizona laws and industry standards.

2. Scope of Services

DRH Mobile Diesel Repair LLC provides professional mobile mechanic and diesel repair services, including:

Services are performed on-site at the customer’s location, including roadside, job sites, commercial yards, and private properties.

Only the services agreed upon at the time of dispatch or approval are included. Any additional repairs require customer authorization.

Transmission repair and rebuild services are not provided.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates may be provided prior to service when possible.

Final pricing may change based on:

  • Diagnostic findings
  • Required parts
  • Labor time
  • Additional issues discovered during service

Customers will be notified of additional recommended repairs whenever possible before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Electronic payments

Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or service restrictions.

5. Service Scheduling & Delays

Service times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Previous service call overruns
  • Parts availability
  • Job complexity

DRH Mobile Diesel Repair LLC is not liable for delays outside of its control.

6. Mobile Service Conditions

All services are performed in a mobile environment.

Customers must ensure:

  • Adequate space for service

If a location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, service may be delayed or rescheduled.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Maintain control of pets or hazards at the service location

Failure to meet these conditions may impact service or scheduling.

8. Vehicle Condition & Diagnostic Disclaimer

Vehicles serviced may have pre-existing conditions not immediately visible.

Diagnostics are based on current findings, and additional issues may arise during or after repair.

DRH Mobile Diesel Repair LLC is not responsible for unrelated failures that occur after service is completed.

9. Parts & Warranty Disclaimer

Parts installed may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Labor warranties may vary depending on the service performed.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing issues
  • Improper maintenance
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Failures unrelated to completed repairs

10. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for:

11. Cancellations & Service Refusal

DRH Mobile Diesel Repair LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if:

  • The vehicle is inaccessible
  • The requested repair is outside service scope

Cancellation fees may apply in certain situations.
